About Us

Our mission is to promote healthy aging by keeping older adults well, active and independent for as long as possible. The Pat Walker Center for Seniors offers a primary care clinic dedicated exclusively to the care of older adults and specialty clinics for movement disorders and memory disorders to meet the unique needs and abilities of seniors.

Our multidisciplinary team of specialists are able to distinguish between the normal changes caused by aging and those caused by disease. Illnesses that linger become more common as we age, and some people with multiple chronic health problems may believe they have to cope with continued symptoms and disability. A comprehensive geriatric assessment can determine what conditions are present and identify the best plan of care for each individual.

Our Team

Our multidisciplinary team includes geriatricians, advanced practice nurses, social workers, geriatric neuropsychologists, neurologists and nursing staff. All members have specialized training in geriatrics and are committed to treating patients with kindness and compassion.
