Payment Options

Washington Regional patients can pay their bill online, by phone or by mail, or in-person at our convenient drive-thru located at our Central Business Office, which is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additional options are available for patients who need help paying their bill, including financial assistance, payment plans and the opportunity to speak with a Public Benefits Advocate or a Customer Service Specialist.

Financial Assistance

It is the responsibility of Washington Regional to promote health and wellness for the benefit of the community it serves. Therefore, Washington Regional provides financial assistance for those services that are determined to be medically necessary, non-elective, emergent and urgent for both inpatients and outpatients who are uninsured and/or underinsured.

What to Expect from Paperless Billing

Washington Regional patients have the option for paperless billing. You are able to view and pay your monthly statements through our payment portal. The payment portal offers personalized electronic communication options such as text or email.
