Payment Options

Washington Regional patients can pay their bill online, by phone or by mail, or in-person at our convenient drive-thru located at our Central Business Office, which is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additional options are available for patients who need help paying their bill, including financial assistance, payment plans and the opportunity to speak with a Public Benefits Advocate or a Customer Service Specialist.


Pay Your Bill Online

We are transitioning to a new online payment portal designed to provide you with an improved payment experience. During this transitional period, you will have two online payment sites to submit your payments. Which site to use depends upon where your outstanding balances is owed. Your statement will indicate which site to use. If you need help finding the name of the payment site, click here to view an example statement. Financial Assistance

It is the responsibility of Washington Regional to promote health and wellness for the benefit of the community it serves. Therefore, Washington Regional provides financial assistance for those services that are determined to be medically necessary, non-elective, emergent and urgent for both inpatients and outpatients who are uninsured and/or underinsured.

What to Expect from Paperless Billing

Beginning December 1, 2022, patients will have the option for paperless billing. You'll be able to view and pay your monthly statements through our new payment portal. The new payment portal will also offer personalized electronic communication options such as text or email.
