24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has two Urgent Care locations: in Fayetteville, located at 3 E Appleby Road Suite 101, open 7 days per week, 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; and in Johnson, located at 3561 Johnson Mill Blvd Suite 102, open 7 days per week, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. If you need to reach us after hours, please call 479-463-1001 and press * to reach our nurse triage line.

Prescription Refill

Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing.

Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). You may call your pharmacy 2 - 3 days prior to running out of medication so the pharmacy can fax a refill request to the clinic. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done on Monday through Thursday.

Patients who use a mail order pharmacy plan will need to pick up written prescriptions from the clinic and mail them to their providing pharmacy.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.

Financial Requirements

We accept most major insurances. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
