How to schedule an appointment

Imaging procedures must be ordered by your doctor. Your doctor’s office will schedule your appointment and give you instructions. You will be contacted prior to your appointment time to be pre-registered and given further instructions for arrival location and check in. Some insurance companies require pre-certification for certain imaging procedures.

Obtaining Results

Your images will be interpreted by one of our radiologists and your reports will be made available to your ordering physician as soon as possible. If you require copies of your diagnostic imaging reports or images, please contact the Release of Information Department at Washington Regional at (479) 463-1158. Please allow 24 hours’ notice for copies of your images or reports.
