Home Health
Recovery from illness, injury or surgery is usually physically and emotionally difficult for both the patient and the caregivers. When part of the recovery can take place at home, the patient is often more comfortable, happier and can recuperate more quickly. Family members and caregivers are more relaxed and can actively participate in the recovery process.
Washington Regional Home Health is designed to provide for the patient’s healthcare needs while they recover from illness, injury or surgery at home. Washington Regional Home Health works with the patient, physicians, family members, caregivers and other community support programs to help assure safety, maximum wellness and independence for the individual.
Home Health Staff
The staff includes registered nurses, trained nursing assistants, physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists and medical social workers who are dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-focused care as ordered by the physician. In-home supervision of staff occurs on a regular basis. Office staff are available to provide billing services and assist with scheduling.
