Low Intervention Services

  • Support of mom’s birth plan, including use of Doula
  • Wireless monitoring
  • Nitrous Oxide
  • Peanut Balls
  • Birthing Bars
  • Shower with jets for hydrotherapy
  • Delayed cord clamping
  • Separate nurse for mom and baby during recovery period
  • If c-section is necessary, mom can begin breastfeeding and have skin-to-skin contact with baby immediately 
  • IV not required; however, IV access is required in case of an emergency
  • Moms can bring their own oils and/or music for relaxation
