- Valve Clinic – Cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and other heart specialists collaborate as a team to provide patients with coordinated, comprehensive care for heart valve disease.
- Lipid Clinic – Providers help patients manage their cholesterol, assess their risk for cardiovascular events and make an individualized plan with each patient to optimize cholesterol levels and reduce risk.
- Heart Failure Clinic – Coordinated care with a team of heart failure specialists to improve heart failure symptoms and reduce hospitalizations.
Hours
The Fayetteville clinic is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Friday. Hours at other clinic locations vary. For more information, please call 479.463.8740.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and Washington Regional social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Prescription Refill
Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time. However, if you need a refill between office visits, please call and leave a message during office hours. You will receive a call back within 24 hours.
Medical Records
A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.
Financial Requirements
We accept most major insurances. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
