Scholtens Earns Wound Care Certification

Meghan Scholtens, a registered nurse for Washington Regional Medical Center’s inpatient wound ostomy, recently earned designation as Wound Care Certified (WCC) through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. To earn this designation, RNs must meet certain eligibility requirements and pass a nationally administered exam. Scholtens, who has been with Washington Regional since 2018, earned a bachelor of science in nursing from William Jewell College.

Sia Vue, APRN Joins Washington Regional Urgent Care

Sia Vue, APRN, recently joined Washington Regional Urgent Care where she provides non-emergency care for all ages in Johnson and Fayetteville. Vue earned a Master of Science in nursing from University of South Alabama and earned both a Bachelor of Science in human development from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Belin College of Nursing. She is a certified Family & Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Nurses Association.
