Clinic Services

  • Comprehensive, specialized care for women of all ages
  • Gynecological exams

  • Minimally invasive procedures using the daVinci System
  • Women’s primary care services are offered by family medicine physician Stephanie Lowry, MD, who specializes in preventive care such as wellness physicals, vaccinations, as well as treatment for chronic illnesses, acute illnesses, injuries and minor emergencies
  • Ultrasound, EKG and laboratory services

Hours

The Women and Infants Center clinic is open 8:00 a.m – 4:30 p.m, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Springdale Center for Health clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday.

Holidays

We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather

Please check local television stations and/or their websites for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

Emergencies

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, please call 479-463-5500 and follow instructions to reach our on-call physician.

Prescription Refill

Please call your pharmacy 2 - 3 days prior to running out of medication so the pharmacy can fax a refill request to the doctor if needed. Requests received after 4 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there will be an additional fee.

Financial Requirements

We accept most major insurances. Your insurance card will be requested at each visit. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
