- Outpatient hospital service offering specialized treatment for chronic or non-healing wounds
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)
- Customized plans including treatments like debridement, topical wound therapy, growth-factor therapy, tissue therapy, dressing selection, special shoes and patient education
- Interdisciplinary model of care including infectious-disease management, physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory evaluation, nutritional management, pain management, diabetic education, radiology testing and debridement

Use Washington Regional MyChart to communicate with your care team, view test results, pay your bill and more.
Hours
The clinic is open Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 - 12 p.m.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and Washington Regional social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Prescription Refill
For refills of medications prescribed by our clinic, please call 479.463.4325.
Medical Records
A signed medical record release form must be submitted to Washington Regional Medical Records Department to send or release medical records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, a fee may apply.
Financial Requirements
We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid, and self-pay. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance might be required at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
