Tom Olmstead has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Washington Regional since 2001. Tom graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kansas and earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. He was in private practice with the Fayetteville law firm, Burke & Olmstead from 1995 to 2005. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in the State of Arkansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Tom is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
