Hours
The clinic is open 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and/or their websites for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you need to reach us after normal business hours, please call 479-463-1000 to page the on-call provider. If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Prescription Refill
Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visits and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time. However, if you need a refill between office visits, please call and leave a message during office hours. You will receive a call back within 48 hours.
Medical Records
A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.
Financial Requirements
We accept most insurance, including Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, and ARKids First. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
