Lucas Campbell, MD, began serving as Chief Transformation Officer at Washington Regional in 2023, providing clinical oversight of system clinics, population health and practice transformation initiatives, and working collaboratively with leaders and key stakeholders on systemwide strategic planning and key initiatives. Prior to this role, Dr. Campbell served as president/CEO of Northwest Arkansas Pathology Associates where he was a partner and practicing pathologist. In this role, he provided pathology services throughout the region, including serving as medical director of the clinical laboratory at Washington Regional Medical Center. Dr. Campbell also completed two years of service on the Washington Regional Medical System board of directors. Dr. Campbell earned his medical degree and completed his residency in anatomical and clinical pathology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and at St. Louis University in Missouri. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
