Clinic Services

  • Outpatient hospital service offering diagnosis, treatment and management of disorders related to balance or dizziness
  • Advanced testing including Videonystagmography (VNG), Gans Sensory Organization Performance (GSOP), Rotational chair, Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMP) and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)
  • Variety of treatment options including Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers for positional vertigo and Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy exercises

Hours

The clinic is open Tuesday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Monday and Friday.

Holidays

We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather

Please check local television stations and Washington Regional social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.

Appointments

Appointments are made after receiving a referral from a primary care physician or specialist. If you have questions about making an appointment, please call 479.463.5555.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.

Financial Requirements

Medicare, Medicaid, ARKids First, Self-Pay, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and most other private insurances accepted. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
