The implant, produced by Zimmer Biomet, is equipped with sensor-based technology to provide patients and their physician with information that can be used to improve outcomes following joint replacement surgery, and can be implanted using the ROSA Knee System. Using a special care management platform, patients and their physician can view captured data, such as range of motion, walking speed and stride length, from the Persona IQ®.
