PACE of the Ozarks serves the frail and elderly living in the community. The program is designed to provide for all of a participant’s healthcare needs while enabling them to remain in their home and their community for as long as possible. Participants in the PACE of the Ozarks Program are at least 55 years old, live within PACE of the Ozarks’ service area, and have met the Arkansas Level of Care requirements for PACE.
