Participants enrolled in both Medicaid and Medicare will not have any out-of-pocket expenses, such as copays or deductibles. Participants enrolled in only Medicare will have to cover the Medicaid premium. Participants who are not enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare will have to cover the Medicare and Medicaid premiums.

• If you are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid; there is no premium for the services.
• If you’re Medicaid only, there is no premium for the services.
• If you are Medicare only, you will be charged a monthly premium for the program which includes Medicare Part D for prescription medication. 
• If you are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, PACE staff will discuss a private pay premium with you.
