The PACE of the Ozarks Center is located in Springdale, AR. PACE provides transportation for Participants to the facility in the morning and return home in the afternoon. While at the facility, participants can:

Enjoy and participate in social activities and recreation;
Receive assistance with personal hygiene;
Visit with the physician or nursing staff, or any other member of the IDT;
Receive any necessary treatment or therapy; and
Have a snack and lunch.

The IDT will determine how many times a week a participant will need to come to the facility. This determination is based upon medical, social and supervisory needs of the participant. Participants will have scheduled Day Center days that are determined by their IDT Team, but unscheduled visits may occur based on need.
