- Out-patient facility dedicated to the care, management and education of patients experiencing back, neck, shoulder, knee and hip pain as well as the effects of peripheral nerve pain. We also specialize in improving strength, flexibility and stability in patients with a variety of conditions.

Total Spine is open Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and Washington Regional social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Medical Records
A signed medical record release form must be submitted to Washington Regional Medical Records Department to send or release medical records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, a fee may apply.
Financial Requirements
We accept most major insurances. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
