Richard Cina

Richard Cina began serving as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Washington Regional in 2024, leading the overall strategy, optimization and implementation of revenue cycle operations for Washington Regional’s inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory and clinic facilities. Cina has over 20 years of professional experience related to revenue cycle in the health care industry. Prior to joining Washington Regional, he served as the vice president of revenue cycle services for Med-Metrix in Parsippany, New Jersey. Previous roles include vice president of site operations for Trinity Health, where he oversaw the national health system’s four hospitals in Albany and Syracuse, New York. Cina also served as senior director of patient financial services at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, the nation’s top ranked orthopedics hospital. Cina holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rutgers University.
