Dr. Kilpatrick, a native of Fayetteville, earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Washington University in St Louis, MO, where she also completed her fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.

A member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Diabetes Association, an the Endocrine Society, Dr. Kilpatrick specializes in disorders of the endocrine organs including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disease, pituitary disease, metabolic bone disease and others. She has a special interest in all forms of diabetes and she sees both children and adults.
