Washington Regional Director of Hospice to Retire; Swaim to lead Home Health, Hospice

Washington Regional Director of Hospice Sheryl Davis, APRN, has announced she will retire after nearly 35 years with the health system. Davis has served in many different director roles during her tenure at Washington Regional, including director of critical care, emergency department, surgical services, home health and care transitions.

Ahead of Davis’ departure, Kellie Swaim has been named director of home health and hospice services. Swaim first joined Washington Regional in 2010 and has served as director of home health since 2021. Swaim earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Arkansas and holds a Master of Science in nursing from Grand Canyon University.
