Merritt Named Executive Director of Business Services at Washington Regional
Thomas Merritt has been named Washington Regional’s executive director of business services. In this role, Merritt is responsible for hospital and clinic billing, customer service, legal collections, and patient financial services operations. Merritt previously worked at Washington Regional from 2009 – 2017 as finance director of clinics. Most recently, he was chief operating officer at Psychology & Counseling Associates.
Merritt grew up in the Little Rock area and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting and computer science from the University of Arkansas.
