Eva Melo, NNP, Joins Washington Regional’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Fayetteville, Ark. — Eva Melo, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), recently joined Washington Regional’s neonatal intensive care unit, or NICU, where she provides care for newborn infants who are born prematurely or are ill. Washington Regional’s Level III-A NICU, part of the Women and Infants Center, provides the highest level of care available in Northwest Arkansas and is the largest NICU in the region.
Melo has 16 years of experience and holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and Psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
