Collins Earns Stroke Care Certification

Macy Collins, a registered nurse in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently earned the Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) credential through the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing. To earn this designation, SCRNs must meet certain eligibility requirements and pass a nationally administered exam.

Collins, who has been with Washington Regional since 2018, earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas. She is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
