Har-Ber Family Clinic offers family medicine for all ages. As primary care providers, our clinic offers preventive care as well as care for acute and major illnesses such as diabetes, cardiac disease, gastric disease, thyroid disease and respiratory illnesses.

Our highly skilled providers and nurses perform a wide range of minor procedures such as skin lesion/mole removals, ear impaction removal, cryo surgeries, wart removals and incision and drainage of abscesses.

About our Team 

Pierrette Larisse Tantchou, MD, photo

Pierrette Larisse Tantchou, MD, earned her medical degree at the University of Ulm in Germany and completed a family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Center - Northwest. Dr. Tantchou is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Tantchou loves spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking for her friends and family, and watching "Law & Order SVU." Dr. Tantchou is blessed to have two brothers and two sisters who also are in the medical field. Originally from Cameroon, a small country in central Africa, Dr. Tantchou speaks English, French and German. Medicine is Dr. Tantchou's passion because it brings comfort to another human being.

Spencer, MD, his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Alabama/Huntsville Hospital. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, he has been providing care for Northwest Arkansas families since 1994, the past 11 years at the Washington Regional Emergency Department.

Financial Requirements

We accept most major insurances. Your insurance card will be requested at each visit. Copays, your portion of your remaining deductible, and/or co-insurance must be paid at each visit before services are rendered. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).


We will make every effort to see you in a timely manner. Please call us at 479-463-2333 to schedule an appointment. You may also request an appointment online.


Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - noon. We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.


If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Room.

After Hours

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has two Urgent Care locations: in Fayetteville, located at 3 E Appleby Road Suite 101, open Monday-Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; and in Johnson, located at 3561 Johnson Mill Blvd Suite 102, open Monday-Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. If you need to reach us after hours please call 479-463-1000 to page the provider on-call.

Inclement Weather

Should inclement weather require the clinic to close or adjust hours, announcements will be left on the clinic voicemail and will be reported on local television stations and/or station websites.

Prescription Refills

Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing.

Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). You may call your pharmacy 2 - 3 days prior to running out of medication so the pharmacy can fax a refill request to the doctor, or you may call the clinic. Please give 48 hours notice for refill requests. Requests received after 2 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days.
