Faith in Action is a volunteer-based organization providing homebound seniors with free non-medical services to help promote their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Hours
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and/or their websites for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather, if Fayetteville Public Schools are closed, this clinic is also closed. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.
Volunteers
Faith in Action relies solely on volunteers to provide services to our clients. Volunteer time is flexible and can be chosen as it fits into their schedule. Volunteers are required to attend a one to two-hour training and undergo a background check. Clients
Some older adults may find they occasionally need assistance to remain living independently in their homes. If you, or someone you know, is over 65 years old and no longer driving, please call 479.463.7862 or click here for more information on how to receive services.
