Childbirth Preparation Series
Description: This four-week series is everything you need to feel prepared for labor, birth, baby basics and breastfeeding. Our classes are taught by childbirth education and lactation consultants with over 40 years of experience combined. We meet at 6pm and often conclude around 8:30pm. We offer a tour the third and fourth week. We recommend support persons attend classes with the mother. You are welcome to eat and drink as desired in class. We look forward to supporting you.
