24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.

Prescription Refill

Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them (including over-the-counter medications, vitamin and supplements) to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time. However, if you need a refill between office visits, please call your pharmacy 3 - 5 days prior to running out. Please give us 48 business hours to complete you’re request. No controlled substance meds will be filled on Friday.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.
