IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If labwork is typically required by your doctor, it must be done PRIOR to your appointment. We suggest having blood drawn one week prior to your appointment. If lab results are not received in time, your appointment is subject to rescheduling. If you are not certain if labs are required, please call our office at 479.404.1140.

The clinic is open Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – noon.


We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather

Please check local television stations and Washington Regional social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.


In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.

Prescription Refill

Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time. However, if you need a refill between office visits, please call your pharmacy.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee.

Financial Requirements

We accept self-pay and most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
