Benefit Description

Medical Insurance Comprehensive Major Medical - 2 deductible choices
Dental Insurance Dental Insurance - 3 levels of coverage to meet your needs
Life Insurance One times annual salary rounded to the next $1000 for full time employees. PT employees receive $5000. FT employees may purchase additional coverage (one to three times annual salary).
Long Term Disability LTD pays a portion of your salary if you must be off work due to an accident or illness. Benefits begin after you have been off work for 180days. WR pays for 50% LTD coverage. An additional 10% coverage can be purchased by the employee
Short Term Disability STD pays a portion of your salary if you are off work due to an accident or illness. Benefits begin after you have been off work for 30 days. Choose from weekly benefits of $100 to $500 in $50 increments. Costs vary by amount of coverage and age.
Supplemental Insurance Emergency Care, Universal Life, & Critical Illness.  Each policy costs will vary by choice and age.
Pre-Paid Legal Offers a variety of legal benefits. Three types of plans are available.
Vision Plan Provides coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lens, and frames.
Tax deferred annuity (403b) Allows you to set aside pre-tax money for retirement. All employees over age 18 are immediately eligible.
Retirement 401k You may contribute 1% to 75% of your pay on a pre-tax or after-tax basis. The company will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 5%.
Metlife Group Auto, Renter's, and Homeowner's Insurance MetLife Auto and Homeowner's group program offers, auto, home and other personal property insurance to you with a combination of advantages. This program offers special group rates to participants.
Flexible Spending Accounts This program allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay childcare and medical expenses not covered by other benefit programs. There are two types of programs: dependent care and healthcare.
Childcare Reimbursement WR will give you $50 per month per child, up to 3 children ($150 maximum per month) to help with childcare expenses. Full-time employees must enroll to be eligible.
Service Discounts for In Patient 25% discount for employees after insurance pays
20% discount for immediate family after insurance pays
Service Discounts for Out Patient 50% discount for employees and immediate family after insurance pays
Service discounts for North Hills Surgery Center 20% discount for employees and immediate family after insurance pays.
Tuition Assistance & Scholarship Program occupations. Qualifying individuals may receive financial assistance for education toward healthcare
Relocation Assistance
(Full-Time, Licensed Personnel)
Qualified expenses (receipts required) associated with relocation. Expenses are reimbursed after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment. A one-year employment commitment is required for recipients of relocation.
Paid Days Off Employees accrue up to 22 days per year. Accrual based on number of hours worked.
Extended Illness Days Employee accrues up to 7 days per year. Accrual is based on the number of hours worked. EIDs can be used after 2 days off work for illness/injury.
Credit Union & Christmas Club Payroll deduction for saving.
Direct Deposit Employees may direct deposit their paycheck in up to two accounts. Must present a cancelled check and/or deposit slip from your banking institution.
Service Awards Recognition for each 5 years of service at WR.
Shift Differentials Paid to hourly employees working evening shift (10%), night shift (12%) or qualified areas (18%).
Center for Exercise Employees are eligible to join the Center for Exercise at a reduced rate.
Cafeteria Discount Meals at 25% discount from list price (must present your employee ID card to receive discount.)
