Clinic Services

Advantage Primary Care’s mission is to provide innovative and high-quality patient-centered care in a caring and friendly environment. We coordinate pro-active patient treatment through team-based care with integrated behavioral health support: comprehensive, patient-centered, coordinated care.

  • Comprehensive medical care for adults and children of all ages
  • Preventive care and wellness visits
  • Treatment for chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, gastric disease, thyroid disease, arthritis, respiratory illness, and behavior disorders
  • Same-day services for acute illnesses, injuries, and minor emergencies are often available for existing patients
  • Treatment of sprains and other soft tissue injuries
  • Minor surgical procedures such as sutures and mole removal
  • Digital X-Ray, EKG, pulmonary function testing, and laboratory services
  • On-site behavioral health provider


The clinic is open 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and open 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.


We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Day.

Inclement Weather

Please check local television stations and/or their websites for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.


In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

24/7 Care

If you need to reach us after normal business hours, please call 479-463-8150 and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider. For emotional or stress related crisis, call Vantage Point’s free 24/7 line to talk to a counselor at 479-521-5731. If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Prescription Refill

Patients who take prescription medications are advised to adhere to the schedule of lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visits and ask your doctor to write refills for medications at that time. However, if you need a refill between office visits, please call and leave a message during office hours. All requests will be addressed within 24 hours.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, there may be an additional fee. The link for a Medical Record release form is located at the bottom of this page for your convenience. Once completed, please return to our office via fax or mail.

Financial Requirements

We accept most insurance, including Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid, and ARKids First. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks, HSA cards, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
