Stephen J. Gilbert serves as Vice President of Facilities and Construction Management at Washington Regional, providing oversight of space planning, construction, maintenance, safety, security, emergency management and environmental services. Gilbert has more than a decade of professional experience in building design, construction and maintenance. He has previously worked as healthcare market manager for Baldwin & Shell Construction, regional construction manager for Mercy Health and facilities manager at the Walmart Home Office. Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas.
