Marilyn Youmans serves as Vice President of Finance for Washington Regional. In her role, she manages Washington Regional’s cost accounting, analytics, provider compensation and support, revenue cycle, and CMS and Medicaid cost reporting and reimbursement functions, as well as overseeing the system’s central billing office. Youmans was born and raised in Fayetteville and attended the University of Arkansas. She has worked for Washington Regional for more than 47 years and previously held the title of executive director of finance.
