Emergencies

In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

24/7 Care

If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.

Appointments

Most appointments are made after receiving a referral from a primary care physician or specialist. If you have questions about making an appointment without a referral, please call 479.404.2110.

For your first appointment, we will also need you to bring your insurance cards, photo ID, and completed paperwork if mailed.

We request you call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Frequently missed appointments will incur a fee of $45.00 not covered by insurance.

Prescription Refill

Please bring your medications, or a list of them, to your office visit and ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing.

Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). You may call your pharmacy 2 - 3 days prior to running out of medication so the pharmacy can fax a refill request to the clinic. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done on Monday through Thursday.

Patients who use a mail order pharmacy plan will need to pick up written prescriptions from the clinic and mail them to their providing pharmacy.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone.

Financial Requirements

We accept most major insurances. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex).
