Payment Options

Washington Regional patients can pay their bill online, by phone or by mail, or in-person at our convenient drive-thru located at our Business Office, which is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additional options are available for patients who need help paying their bill, including financial assistance, payment plans and the opportunity to speak with a Public Benefits Advocate or a Customer Service Specialist.

Navigating Statements

While Washington Regional's billing system consolidates most hospital, clinic, and department bills on a single statement. The following statements will be received separately for services after September 27, 2025: 

  • Anesthesia services
  • Some laboratory services
  • Care from non-Washington Regional
    providers (Example: MANA physicians)
  • Care from providers at Washington Regional Urgent Care locations

Our billing system provides statements that reflect all accounts for which you are the guarantor (financially responsible). Example: if both a parent and a child have services, charges for all services will be on one statement.

Financial Assistance

It is the responsibility of Washington Regional to promote health and wellness for the benefit of the community it serves. Therefore, Washington Regional provides financial assistance for those services that are determined to be medically necessary, non-elective, emergent and urgent for both inpatients and outpatients who are uninsured and/or underinsured.
