Lisa Lightner serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Washington Regional, overseeing the health system’s talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, employee health and human resources operations, as well as spiritual care, volunteer services and the Washington Regional Center for Exercise. Lightner has more than 19 years of professional experience and first joined Washington Regional in 2012. Prior to her role as Vice President, Lightner served as Executive Director of Talent and Development. Lightner is a Northwest Arkansas native and holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Arkansas Tech University.
