James Roundtree
James Roundtree, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR, began serving as Vice President of Surgical Services at Washington Regional Medical Center in 2018, overseeing all operating rooms, peri-operative services, post anesthesia care unit, sterile processing, surgery scheduling, and associated clinical education. Roundtree joined Washington Regional in 2017 serving first as Clinical Director of Surgical Services and later as Director of Surgical Services. He took over responsibility of North Hills Surgery Center and cardiovascular services in 2022. His professional experience also includes leadership roles in vascular surgery, urology, robotics and kidney transplants at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Bedford, Texas, Baptist Health-Fort Smith (formerly Sparks Health System), St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, and Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Roundtree earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Roundtree also earned the designation of certified operating room nurse and was active in the Army Reserve for eight years including one year at West Point Military Hospital, achieving the rank of Captain.
