The Springdale Center for Health is an outpatient facility off Highway 412 in Har-Ber Meadows. This facility includes:

• PACE of the Ozarks, also known as Program of All-inclusive Care for Elderly, is a Medicare benefit option designed to support the needs of the aging seniors in the community who are in need of nursing-level of care but can remain at home with the support and services of PACE of the Ozarks.
• Quest Outpatient Laboratory - A physician's order is required. No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins welcome. For more information, call 479.463.5658. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  
• Renal Specialists of Northwest Arkansas provides evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of kidney disorders by board certified nephrologists.
• Washington Regional Cardiology Clinic, part of the Walker Heart Institute, provides preventive care and care for acute and chronic conditions of the cardiac and vascular systems.
