How to Schedule
Imaging procedures require an order from your doctor. Once your order is sent to the Imaging Clinic, your doctor will schedule your appointment and give you instructions, or the Imaging Clinic will reach out to you directly. You will receive an appointment reminder prior to your appointment and may receive further instructions. Some insurance companies require pre-certification for certain imaging procedures. We encourage you to sign up for MyChart to view appointment details, instructions and estimates.
Holidays
We are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations, Washington Regional social media or your MyChart account for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, Washington Regional has Urgent Care locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Medical Records/Obtaining Results
Your images will be interpreted by one of our radiologists and your reports will be made available to your ordering physician as soon as possible. Results will also be available in your MyChart account.
A signed medical record release form must be submitted to Washington Regional Medical Records Department to send or release medical records to anyone. If you are requesting a copy of your records, a fee may apply.
Financial Requirements
We accept most major insurances. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Copays, deductibles and/or co-insurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Accreditation
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) at William L Bradley Medical Plaza are accredited by the American College of Radiology.
