One to four (1:4) – Nursing to patient ratio, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
The Walker Home Care Team includes, RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Physicians
Family and friends encouraged to visit
Special arrangements may be made for pet visitation
