Telephone calls are answered between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. Please call your pharmacy when you need medication refills and request they send a refill request.

Refill Guidelines
Refills are done daily (advanced notice required). Refills requested after 2 pm will be done the next business day. No early refills on pain medications or narcotics. Refills should be requested from the pharmacy a minimum of 2-3 days prior to running out. Refills will be called in within 48 hours. Call your pharmacy after this time to see if refills are ready. Antibiotics are not refillable. You will need to make an appointment. Patients need to be seen by the provider at appropriate intervals. It is extremely important that you bring your medications, or a complete detailed list of your medications, with you to your appointment. If you need refills on any medications, ask your provider to write them during your appointment. If you are taking critical medications, please adhere to your provider's requirements for lab and office visits.

Your insurance card(s) will be requested at each visit. We are conservative in treatment to help limit the cost of medical care. Payments of co-pays, your portion of your remaining deductible and/or co-insurance is required at the time service is rendered.
