What do you like best about your job?
The interaction with the various people on a day to day basis. 

Why did you choose Washington Regional as an employer?
I worked at another hospital in a different area of the state before we moved here, and wanted to work at another hospital. I had heard that this was the best hospital around.

Describe your family.
My husband, Phil, and I have been married almost 34 years. We have a daughter, Stacey, who works for the Senator. She has one son, Austin, who is 2 1/2 years old, with another baby girl due in May. Her husband, Jarrod, is a teacher.

What are your hobbies?
My husband and I like to ride his Harley and go on weekend trips. I also like to fish whenever I get a chance.

What do you like best about Northwest Arkansas?
The cleanliness of the area, and it's not far from home for a weekend excursion to nice state parks, Branson, and other places similar to those.

What customer service skills help you manage your job duties?
I think the ability to put myself in my customers' place and know how I would like to be treated.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I know it sounds cliche, but helping others is my greatest reward.
