I've been married for 16 years. I have a 14 year old son and 11 year old daughter.

What are your hobbies?
Kayaking and currently coaching my daughter's cheer team.

My degree is in Speech Pathology.

Must have good communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
When the light goes off and a user really understands what I'm teaching them.
