How long have you been at Washington Regional? 
Just over four years.

What do you like best about your job?
Traveling among all the Washington Regional clinics and having the opportunity to provide help to our employees. 

Why did you choose Washington Regional as an employer?
I had been in an industrial HR environment and wanted to experience HR in a healthcare environment. Washington Regional had an excellent reputation. 

Describe your family.
I've been married to my husband, Ralph, for 31 years. We have two children: Jeremy, 26, and Lindsey, 24.

What are your hobbies?
My husband and I enjoy fishing, camping and playing all sorts of card games.

What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?
My daughter is a missionary in Guatemala and my son is a performance poet!

What do you like best about Northwest Arkansas?
I like the way people of NWA care for one another. With the beautiful lakes and rivers, it is also the ideal place for camping and fishing!

What customer service skills help you manage your job duties?
Being in HR involves every customer service skill ever created. No two days are alike. The ability to listen and empathize with people is probably most useful.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Feeling like I've really helped someone--there isn't a better feeling than that!
