The people I have the opportunity to work with 

Why did you choose Washington Regional as an employer?
Because it is a not-for-profit, patient-focused facility

Describe your family.
Married; five children; nine grand children; and two great grandsons

What are your hobbies?
Sewing, cooking, canning, playing the piano, going to garage sales.  I teach children's Bible class at Evergreen Church of Christ.

What is something that people would be surprised to learn about you?
I was born at Fayetteville City Hospital, and I have one sister who is twelve years older.  I was born on her birthday.

What do you like best about Northwest Arkansas?
The farmlands, creeks and wide open spaces.

What customer service skills help you manage your job duties?
I love working with people and listen a lot.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The challenge of hoping that I have given a service to others, whether it is patients or staff.  At the end of the day, I like to be a resource provider not a resource consumer.
