We provide evaluation and management of Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease in adult patients of all ages.
We have a multidisciplinary team for evaluation of eligible patients on their first visit.
Our Team
The Movement Disorder team consists of a neurologist, neuropsychologist, social workers, nurses and therapists.

Treatment
Referral from primary care preferred.
Social worker performs psychosocial assessment.
Multidisciplinary team develops a comprehensive, tailored report including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
Results are sent back to the primary physician.
