Young-Onset Alzheimer's Disease Support Group
We are pleased to announce a support group for those living with a young-onset dementia syndrome, as well as their caregivers. The group will meet every month on the 1st Wednesday, from 5-6 p.m. If you are unable to attend the group at these times, please contact me with days/times that meet your needs. We also would be happy to assist you with resources.
These groups are open to everyone in the community.
