- The 1-day PALS update (renewal) course costs $175 per student. Enrollment in the update course is limited to students who hold a current (non-expired) PALS provider card from the American Heart Association.
- There is an additional $75 book cost if the student does not provide their own 2011 PALS Provider Manual and 2010 Handbook of Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
The student must hold a current BLS (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) certification card from the American Heart Association and present the card on the day of class.
