Washington Regional Diagnostic Clinic also offers the services of Dr. Jeffrey Keller, general surgeon and Northwest Arkansas Heart & Vascular Center cardiologists. The cardiologists see patients at our facility 2 times a month.
Hours The clinic is open Mon., Tues, Thurs. and Fri. from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Wed. from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Lab appointments start at 7:30 am by appointment only. Holiday closings include New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Inclement Weather In case of inclement weather, an announcement will be posted on channel 40/29.
Payment Arrangements You are requested to bring your insurance and/or Medicare cards on your first visit so we may file your visit. We make every effort to limit the cost of your medical care; therefore we request payment at the time of your visit. Payment of any of the following will help eliminate the cost of a monthly statement: paying your co-pay, or your 20%, or a deductible at the beginning of each year. We do require payment each time you have services rendered at the clinic. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.
Telephone Calls and Prescriptions Telephone calls are answered from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (except on Wed. and phones lines are open 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m). Please contact your pharmacy concerning refills and we will expedite the order within 24 hours of receiving it. No prescriptions will be filled after noon on Fridays, including narcotics. If you have a mail order pharmacy, leave a phone message with the nurse and she will call when it is ready to be picked up.
Emergencies In case of an emergency, it is best to go to the nearest hospital Emergency Room. If our clinic is not open and a problem arises, call Washington Regional Medical Center at (479) 463-1000 and ask the operator to page the physician on call or the hospitalist.
Medical Records If you request for a copy of your medical records to be sent to another office, please make sure there is an authorization on file. If the patient requests a copy, there will be an additional fee for this service.
Appointments In an effort to serve you in a timely manner, patients are seen on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, please call (479) 273-2030. We do require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
Medical Affiliations Our clinic is affiliated with Washington Regional Medical Center and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Fayetteville. Our physicians work closely with area physicians and health care institutions to provide a high quality of care.
